Can I use DINK if I already use another booking system?
Yes. You can start by listing your venue on DINK and keep your existing workflow. You do not need to replace your current booking system immediately.
Can players book without installing the app?
Supported DINK venues can accept guest bookings through the web, so players do not always need the mobile app to reserve a court.
Where does customer payment go?
It depends on the payment method enabled by the venue. Manual GCash or Maya follows the owner-configured receiving account, Pay at Court is collected onsite, and DINK Checkout follows the current DINK checkout and payout process.
Can I accept walk-ins?
Yes. Court operations can include manual or walk-in bookings so the schedule can reflect reservations made outside the public booking flow.
Can I block unavailable schedules?
Yes. Owners can manage availability and blocked periods so unavailable times are not offered as bookable slots.
Can my staff manage bookings?
DINK provides court-owner management tools. Staff access depends on the account and permission setup currently enabled for your venue.
How quickly can I list my court?
You can begin the listing and owner setup process online. The exact time to complete setup depends on the venue information and verification required.
