Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. Independent use of Dink is intended for people aged 18 or older. A person under 18 may use Dink only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Dink does not currently verify each user’s age.

Dink helps players discover courts and submit booking requests. Players must review court details, availability, prices, and the booking-specific cancellation/refund information presented before confirming a booking. Players must arrive on time, follow facility rules, treat people and property respectfully, and provide truthful information. A booking is subject to confirmation, payment status, and the applicable court and booking conditions.

The applicable Dink service fee, if any, will be clearly displayed before the user confirms payment. Fees may change from time to time, but Dink will not charge a fee that was not disclosed at checkout. Payment methods may include owner-managed manual payment, pay at court, and online checkout. The cancellation and refund terms displayed or accepted when a booking is made govern that booking and may vary by court, booking, and payment method. You must not use Dink to break the law, commit fraud, submit false payment evidence, impersonate another person, interfere with the platform, circumvent fees or booking controls, upload unlawful or infringing content, harass others, or misuse another person’s personal information. We may investigate misuse and take action permitted by law and these Terms.

Court owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, their facility, prices, availability, booking fulfilment, customer treatment, and compliance with applicable laws. Dink provides technology to help parties discover and manage bookings; it does not own, operate, inspect, or control listed courts unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We may suspend or terminate accounts or listings for violation of these Terms, fraud/security concerns, legal requirements, or to protect users and Dink. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

For booking disputes, contact dink.support@gmail.com with the booking reference and relevant evidence. Dink may request information from both the player and court owner. Payment or refund issues may also require verification with the applicable third-party payment provider. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without limiting consumer rights and legal remedies available under applicable Philippine law.
